One Day At A Time
Well life is peachy. I am taking things one day at a time for now. I am getting some counseling and have had a few epiphanies (read: light bulb illuminating!) as a result. Don't know where all of it will settle when all is said and done but....just one day at a time for now.

Off To Sonoma County
I leave today for 3 months in Sonoma County. For the first time since 2001, the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport, will have commercial traffic. I get to go there and setup security, and train local people to run it. This is what I do, and why I am only at home 2 months a year. I can't wait for 3 months in wine country. Up's And Down's
well now isn’t it all funny how things work out. Just when you lose hope and regret some of the things you had said. until you have your moments of "wow I just had an epiphany" and things start to work them self’s back in to place. Well not to long ago I had mine and my wife and I had a talk and work on some thing with our self’s. We will be working on what we have. It is great because of all that I am going through in my life. I could use her strength to keep moving and to get better. I need to get better. I am 27 and damn near fighting to regain my health. Also working on what I have with the one I love. But in dew time all will fall back in to place and be right on what was once wronged.

Not only am I now employed again, but was working 2 jobs for a period of time, and currently haven't had a day off at all in almost a month. I'm down to only one job, but I can work double shifts and extra hours there if I want..... finally I am almost caught up after the roommate fiasco, which DID NOT help my financial situation, but left me in a deeper mess. NEVER AGAIN! I will work double shifts til I drop dead before anyone moves in my home again. It's nice to know that even tho I'm gettin old and don't feel well alot of the time, I can still get it done when I have to...... Racism At It's Finest!!
So I have to move in April. And as you can see on my page I have a very Beautiful American Pit Bull Terrier. She is the sweetest best behaved dog that I've ever had. However, thanks to the ignorance of many people I'm having a bit of difficult time trying to find a new apartment or house to live in. This is complete bullshit and I just had to get this off my chest. Had the people that have said "No" within 2 seconds of just hearing what kind of dog she was taken the time to hear me out or taken the 5 minutes to read up on the breed, then this wouldn't have been an issue. Insurance companies will still give you homeowner's insurance if they can meet with the dog. I've even offered to pay higher rent than they've requested. It's disgusting it really is. Ok I'm done for now.

Another Set Back

I got a phone call this morning of my Ex, to inform me that my Son from that marriage has been diagnosed with Cancer, he is only 27 he'will be 28 later this year. To All My Dearest Friends, I Need Some Help.

My Exciting Weekend!
Andrew turned 9 today! Man i still can't believe that it has been 9 years already, WOW! Also we got our tax refund back on friday, YAY!!!! So on Friday we went to look at refrigerators since our old one was going out, and we got a NICE side by side for $699.99 and also got a washer for $249.99 since our old one was going out, and the spin cycle had to do at least 3 times to get all the water out. I was soooooo excited. They are both Maytag and they are in excellent condition, except for the washer that has a small dent in the side of the lid. I just can't believe we got such a good deal on it. The fridge is black, it is sooooooo nice with water and ice and all that. We went to Home Depot to get all the stuff needed to hook up the water line on the fridge and had to go through the washer line, so had to get a split connector and valves and what-not. I lost a best friend on Saturday... my buddy, Bandit, went to Rainbow Bridge to wait for me. We got Bandit when he was only 5 weeks old - barely old enough to leave his momma. Blonde With Flat Tire
A blonde gets a flat tire on the Interstate one day. So she eases her car over to the shoulder of the road. Our blonde carefully steps out of the car and opens the trunk. New Cherry
Well this is my fist blog, so I am really clueless as to what to say. I am 35, married (going through some rough spots). I am also disabled. I am unable to walk or stand for more then a couple of minutes at a time. Thanks to an uncaring medical system my insurance refuses to cover an electric wheelchair or power scooter so I am pretty much stuck at home 24/7. That is why I am here. To meet new friends to talk to. I am also very heavy into fantasy art and digital art and am blown away by some of the stuff I see here.

My inspiration for this blog actually comes from a mere picture: Such amazing powerful words, such a beautful picture to go along with the dark words. The dark side does tend to creep up more often than not it seems. Grabbing a tight grip, completely consuming and devouring our very beings. Well, today was the 1 year anniversary of my mom's going home. I miss her so much and it is hard to believe that it's been a year already. I tried to go on with my everyday routine, but it was impossible to get the memories from that morning out of my head. so check this out. My friend is going to be auctioned off to cook at some random person’s house at his high school that he graduated from to make money for that school. So I am going to help him out. Press into an 8" glass pan. Bake at 350f for 15-20 minutes until golden. 'COOL' (2) Beat cheese, icing sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Fold in 1/2 the whipped cream. Spread over COOLED crust. Refridgerate. (3) Prepare pie filling according to directions (omitting butter) Cool to luke warm, stirring occasionally. Spread over cheese layer. Refridgerate until cold. I had always been a bit of a party animal, drinking smoking etc... But for some reason I just wanted to do a marathon once, sort of a life goal, tick the box thing. About My Self
My kids are the world to me. On 5/29/2007 my son brushed death by less then the thickness of paper. He was playing in the back yard while I was helping my sister clean up all the old junk. My son decided to sit on an old window pane that we had not thrown away yet. In an instant he fell through it and cut his throte and puntured his stomac. You are never ready for an injury like this I have about 9 years of medical and most of my friends and family are CNA's or RN's. Cancer And Me
Ok so I got some not ok news from my DR today, and I just had the pap a week ago GRRRR. As some of you know in August I had a PAP and then had to have a biopsy, my DR back in San Diego had found that I had Cancerous and precancerous cells but said DONT WORRY it doesnt grow fast you should be fine. Well I put off seeing a DR and put it off cuz IM SCARED to death of leaving my children behind without me to be here for them. I dont like DRs ever since I lost my mom when I was 14. And My oldest just turned 15 and my daughter will be 14 in April. The same Age my brother and I where when we lost my mom. Anyways I went into the DR here in Redding and told them what all I had been through, explained the symptoms I am having, stich pains in my cervix, irregular periods and other lil things going on. Time Passes So Fast
Well, yesterday was my first day off in a months time... I am exhausted. I spent the day at the laundromat using the big washers to clean my comforters and my futon cover, been trying to get a little Spring cleaning done each day, I have a schedule on my calendar for chores that doesn't always get followed, lol. My Daughter... My Best Friend
I have a 5 yr old daughter who is my best friend and the best gift I have ever received. I found out when I was 3 months pregnant with her that she had Down syndrome. My doctor offered me the option of terminating the pregnancy. I know he was just doing what he had to as a doctor but I didn't even have to think about it.
