Okay...so I don't blog like this usually. I had an amazing day today, but something so trivial hit me out of left field, and I was taken aback by how seemingly fragile this tough as nails woman can be. How is it I can survive major life traumas and threats but something that shouldn't even register on the radar can send me spiraling? I pride myself on being strong, able, intelligent, and logical. I get so angry when what I feel doesn't fit with that. I want to just lock it away and throw the away the key, to just control my feelings. That's just not me. I guess its hard to be an extremely passionate person without having both the good and the bad passion. I just feel so vulnerable and that is the one feeling that I cannot tolerate in my life right now. I normally don't brag, but last week was so awesome I just have to spill my guts....even if nobody reads it! I have coached a school baseball team for the past 8 years. Every year we either fall one or two games short or finish around 500. This year things were really looking up. Great group of kids and some big ones to fill positions I thought I was going to be weak in. Heck, I went beyond my normal superstitions and even predicted being champions at a pep rally in the gym! So one of my long time good friend's since childhood met a woman on here and started to talk to her and stuff. Well being where she was from i suggested he didnt talk to her. Well as things turned out he started talking with her and things were good well things went south on him when she stopped talking some and then they hardly talked. I told him to call it quits with her and he continued due to thinking she was just busy. However she turned out to be a total head case and god know what else but whatever. Then he wrote me last month saying that she hardly writes him and then when she does he felt like she was playing head games with him and I told him leave her alone and move. So, the other day I have a few hours without any kids. It was last saturday, I didnt know what to do with my time. It was about evening time so I decided to go to a sports bar and have a drink ( one of my favorite things to do). I didnt call up any of girlfriends because it was kind of last minute. the kit kat cake is this 2 of any kind of cake mixes you'd like and frosting and any topping but has to have 40 kit kats broke off like in my photo and placed around the cake and put in the freezer over night so it doesn't fall apart so easy. When Things Go Wrong
when things go wrong and you have no one to go to what do u do? i guess you just have to try to work it out on your own and try to figure out why its ok for some to just walk away and others to sit there and wonder wtf just happened.... I know everyone's life isn't perfect and people have drama and so forth but its not right in no means to get dragged into it when it really has nothing to do with you. Rough Time
I went to see friends this weekend. The family of a guy I flew with and who died while flying beside me awhile back. We usually try and go and see them around Father's Day. We delayed the trip because of a family conflict for them. We left for California and made good time there, rolling into the bay area ealry enough to drive a bit before going to their house. We drove to an area around the San Jose area, and before we could exit, we were slammed from behind by someone trying to squeeze in between me and another car in the lane next to me......we spun, they said about 4 times before rolling once and slamming into a tree....fortunately toward the back of the vehicle....Mariah wasn't hurt hardly at all, but i got bruised up pretty bad and my right knee dislocated and my anklegot it pretty good too....nothing broken though.
